Everything is made to order in the workshop, so production time is part of every delivery estimate.
Production and dispatch
Most pieces are built and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Flagship suits can take up to 15 business days during busy periods.
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.
Shipping rates
Standard tracked shipping is a flat $9.95. Orders over $150 ship free.
International duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Unworn gear in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
Made-to-measure and custom-colour builds are final sale. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
